  • Where do I purchase a shopping ticket, holiday specials and party packs?

    To purchase tickets visit www.marketnoel.net. If you are an active JLB member, sustainer or provisional, follow the link found on marektnoel.net to redeem quota, purchase additional tickets and view member-only tickets. Upon purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email, and Sunday, November 15, before Market Noel begins, you will receive an email with specific instructions and further information.

  • What is the process of buying a ticket to a virtual marketplace?

    Step 1: Purchase your General Admission and Preview Noel tickets online at www.marketnoel.net in order to access Market Noel’s virtual marketplace.

    Step 2: Purchase tickets for party packs, Elf kits, and for raffle prizes at www.marketnoel.net .

    Step 3: After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and “e-ticket”.

    Step 4: On Sunday, November 15th you will receive an email with specific instructions on how to redeem your tickets!

    Step 5: You will need the email address you used when purchasing tickets to redeem for online shopping.

  • What are the party packs and holiday specials?

    Because we aren’t able to have our special events in person, our party packs are a ‘party in a box’ straight from us to you! The holiday specials ("The Elf Made Me Do It!" and "Flocking a Friend") are new this year, and we are so excited to share them with you!

  • Wednesday November 18 - Preview Noel

    Preview Noel will be our first event, and the first 300 people will receive a swag bag, bottle of wine, a week-long general shopping ticket, and an event invite link to our virtual live Preview Noel. This online event will include entertainment and instructions on how to enter to win fun and festive prizes such as Diamond Drop, Cigar Drop, Drink Up Grinches which are all available for purchase NOW via our website. Also, with the purchase of a Preview Noel ticket, you will be able to begin shopping on Monday, November 16!!

  • Thursday, November 19 - JLB <3's Bham

    This fun, virtual event is all about family and community! Join us anytime throughout the day to celebrate the community by watching performances from local schools and community groups along with the opportunity to hear from some of our local community partners.

  • Friday, November 20 - Jingle and Flamingle

    “Jingle and Flamingle” is everything you need for an evening of Jingling and Flamingling at home with your favorite ladies! Dinner for six provided by Tostadas, a cocktail kit provided by Titos Vodka and Queens Park, and a swag bag provided by Avani Rupa!

  • Saturday, November 21 - Brunch with the Big Guy

    The week will end with a virtual Brunch with the Big Guy himself where you can enjoy brunch from your home and watch Santa Claus as he reads a story straight from the North Pole! Your brunch pack will include brunch for four, holiday activities for the kids and a Magical Merry Mimosa. Our Magic Moments committee will be revealing a special surprise!

  • The Elf Made Me Do It!

    A 24-day OR 7-day kit where we provide you with all the tools you will need to add a little holiday magic. Your kit will include letters, props, activities, instructions, materials, and photo guides for each night. Each night is individually packaged with all you need for that night’s shenanigans for either the 7-day kit or the 24-day kit. Kits are limited, so get yours before they are gone!

  • Jingle and Flamingle--Flocking a Friend

    With this package, your friend’s yard will be “FLOCKED” in festive pink flamingos with Santa hats for 24 hours. With this purchase you will receive one general admission shopping ticket for yourself and one for your “Flocking Awesome” Friend.

  • I need more info about the “Elf Made Me Do It” Kits?

    Presale Kits:
    - Sold from September 15 - November 1
    - Cost of Presale Kit is $50.00 for 7 Day pack, $125.00 for 24 Day Pack
    - Pick up Presale Elf Kits from Monday, November 16 - Friday, November 20 from 10am-7pm or Saturday, November 21 from 9am-1pm at the Junior League of Birmingham (2212 20th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35223).
    - If you chose shipping ($40, continental US only, pre-sale kits only), your Elf Kit will be shipped the week of November 16th, 2020.
    - If you choose hand-delivery ($30, within 15 miles of JLB headquarters only, pre-sale kits only), you will be contacted via email the week before Market Noel for a delivery window. Hand-delivery will occur the week of November 16-21.

    Regular Sale Kits:
    - Sold from November 2 - November 20 while supplies last
    - Pick up Regular Elf kits from Monday, November 23 or Tuesday, November 24 from 9am-4pm at the Junior League of Birmingham (2212 20th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35223).
    - There will be no shipping or hand-delivery of kits sold after November 1, 2020.

  • Where do I pick up my party packs, silent auction items, Diamond Drop and other items?

    On Sunday, November 15th you will receive an email with specific instructions regarding the week’s events. All party packs (Preview Noel, JLB <3’s Bham, Jingle & Flamingle and Brunch with the Big Guy) will be available for pickup on the day of the event. Diamond Drop, Cigar Drop and Drink Up Grinches, are available for pickup beginning Monday, November 16th from 10am-7pm at the Junior League of Birmingham (2212 20th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35223). Your Silent Auction Items are available for pickup beginning on Friday, November 20. The Market Noel team will be offering local delivery within a 15-mile radius for a $15 fee.

  • How do I get to the online streaming part of the event?

    When you receive your instructional email the week of Market Noel, there will be a direct link to the online streaming part. You can also go to www.marketnoel.com and click on the Special Events Page.

  • How do I pick up auction items, and what if I am out of town and cannot pick up in person?

    We will follow up with the “winners” for specific instructions after the Silent Auction closes on Thursday, November 19th at 9pm. Auction items will be available for pickup from Friday, November 20 from 10am-7pm or Saturday, November 21 from 9am-1pm at the Junior League of Birmingham (2212 20th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35223). If it is not a physical item and can be emailed, we will include with our follow up email. If you are out of town, we will give you the option to ship (*shipping cost will be added).

  • What is different about Market Noel this year?

    For the safety of our Junior League members, our community and the people that we serve, we made the decision to make Market Noel virtual this year. While this was a difficult decision, the Market Noel we have all come to know and love will still be happening and will be bigger and better than ever. You as the shopper will get extended shopping days, more opportunities for holiday specials, and a fresh take on some of our favorite events.
